Protein Hot Chocolate — A cosy evening drink
I make mine with warm milk and stir it well for a smooth finish. Such a nice way to end a chilly evening.
Lerato S.

Salted Caramel Shake — My afternoon treat
The salted caramel flavour is my favourite. Blended with ice, it feels like something I’d order at a coffee shop.

Protein Puffs — Love the crunch
Crunchy, tasty and something different from the usual sweet protein snacks. These disappeared quickly during movie night.

Complete Meal Shake — Makes busy mornings easier
I blend mine with ice before leaving for work. Quick to make, creamy and much more convenient than rushing through breakfast.
Megan R.
I’ve been using the PRO2 Meal Replacement Shake when I’m short on time, and it’s become a go-to. It’s balanced, satisfying and keeps me full for hours without feeling too heavy. Perfect for busy days when I still want a proper, nutritious meal.
