Orders and payment

Please check your selected products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before submitting an order.

Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Prices

Prices are displayed in South African rand. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you complete your purchase.

Price changes apply to future orders. If a pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa, subject to the delivery options available for your address.

Delivery charges and available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery estimates.

If an order is delayed or lost, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedies available under applicable law.

Product information and use

Please read product labels, ingredients, allergen information, storage requirements and usage instructions before use. Store products as directed and observe their expiry or best-before information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact amywegener@unitedhcompany.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. If it has already been dispatched, a return may need to be arranged.
